Building Healthy Communities Leader: Only available to registered and active leaders and co-leaders of a Healthy Community in the PCRM Network. Please list your Pod’s name and location when you register.
Student Pricing: Available to fellows, residents, and students (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral) who are currently enrolled in a full-time accredited program. The student rate is designed for students who do not receive income from a job so that they may attend the conference.
Discounts and Scholarships for Current Medical Students: If you are a medical student enrolled in an accredited program with a graduation date of 2025 or later, you are eligible for a discounted rate to attend the full three day conference. Please email ICNM [at] pcrm.org from your university email and attach one of either your transcript, a screenshot of your enrolled classes from your student portal, or a letter of acceptance for students beginning their study in 2025.
We also have ten full scholarships for medical students that provide conference admission plus travel and hotel benefits. Interested students can view more information and apply by March 15.
One-Day Admission: Available for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
Refund Policy
Refunds, less a $20 service fee, will be given if written cancellation is received via e-mail by Aug. 1, 2025. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to icnm [at] pcrm.org.
No refunds will be given after Aug. 1, 2025.
Registration is transferable until Aug. 1, 2025. To do so, please email your request to icnm [at] pcrm.org.
