She even has a few ways to get the kids involved to help establish healthy habits at a young age!

Plus, Audrey shares some delicious recipes, including some yummy ideas for her vegan cookie kits at Peanuts Bake Shop. She even dishes on oil substitutions for her midnight chocolate chunk and cinnamon oatmeal cookie recipes. 

She also gives Chuck an update on how things are going at her house where she and her husband, Jeff Dunham, and their young twin sons are all hunkered down together during the coronavirus outbreak. Audrey also shares some easy ideas for getting enough exercise during this challenging time.
