 ¡Hola! Soy Ginny, sobreviviente de cáncer de ovario desde hace 10 años, gracias a Dios. Descubrí el poder de la nutrición basada en alimentos integrales de origen vegetal y su impacto en la salud. Me certifiqué en Nutrición en el Centro de Estudios T. Colin Campbell y como Coach en Alimentación Basada en Plantas de Food Revolution Network. Al ver los efectos positivos en mi familia, donde las enfermedades autoinmunes eran comunes, me apasioné por compartir este conocimiento. Muchos familiares han mejorado significativamente con esta dieta. Estoy comprometida a apoyar comunidades necesitadas, colaborando con iglesias y grupos de bajos ingresos para educar sobre nutrición. Mi camino desde sobreviviente de cáncer hasta instructora de clases de "Comer para Vivir" ha sido una verdadera bendición. Estoy muy agradecida a Dios por cada día de vida, y estoy dedicada a compartir a los demás lo que he aprendido. 

Hello! My name is Ginny, and I am a survivor of ovarian cancer for 10 years, thank God. In facing this illness, I have discovered the incredible power of low-fat, whole food, plant-based nutrition and its profound impact on our health and well-being. To have scientific support on Nutrition issues, I obtained my certification at the T. Colin Campbell Nutrition Studies Center. I am a Certified Plant-Based Food Coach from John and Ocean Robbins' Food Revolution Network. Witnessing the transformative effects of nutrition firsthand, I became passionate about studying and sharing this knowledge with others, many of my relatives have experienced a remarkable reversal in their autoimmune conditions. Beyond my journey, I am deeply committed to extending my expertise and support to needy communities. I actively engage with churches and low-income communities, empowering individuals to take control of their health through nutritional education. My journey from cancer survivor to "Food for Life" class instructor has been a blessing. I am very grateful to God for every day of my life.
